Product Description:- ENGRAVED DESIGN: Your bracelet will include a 3/4" round disc engraved with the adoring saying, "Always in my heart" and will include a religious heart charm. You will be able to add 3/4" heart name tags and Swarovski birthstones for each loved one you are honoring.

You will pinch the two triple loops together making the bracelet wider, so you are able to fit your hand through the bracelet. Our hands are wider than our wrists so once your hand is through, and you release the triple loops, the bracelet will shrink back and fit your wrist accordingly.
