PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned or refunded unless an error was made by Stamps of Love, llc. We are not responsible to refund or replace your order if the USPS has proof of delivery stating through tracking the package was 'delivered' however, we will do our best to help locate a missing package and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
