How do I care for my jewelry?
You will want to be sure to put your jewelry on last and take it off first. Many lotions, sprays, and perfumes can dull your jewelry.
Please remove your jewelry during extended exposure to water. Properties in the water can react adversely with many metal types.
Please do not store your jewelry in humid wet areas. If you are storing your jewelry for a while please use a air tight bag or closed jewelry box to prevent the charms from tarnishing.
A jewelry polishing cloth will restore your jewelry back to its original shine. DO NOT use and chemical cleaners as they can damage the metal.
What kind of metal do you use?
We use hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel for our engraved blanks and chains. Stainless steel is a wonderful metal for jewelry makers because it is durable, strong, and lightweight. It also does not rust or tarnish making it a forever gift. Other materials we use include Swarovski crystals and Tibetan Alloy Silver for the charms.
What kind of laser do you use?
We use one of the industries top fiber laser engravers. The fiber lasers are known for their durability and providing top-notch results. This is not etching. Our laser pulls the carbon from our stainless steel to the top which is what gives the black color to the text and images. This is also why your item's design will not fade over time.
What is your Production Time?
My current processing(production) time you can view by looking at “Processing and Turn Around Time” Page located at the bottom of the webpage. This is the time it takes from when your order is received to when it goes into the mail. USPS shipping times are in addition to my processing time.
You have the choice during checkout to select your preferred mailing time. Most common is USPS First Class which typically takes 3-5 business days and USPS Priority Mail which typically takes 1-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee their delivery time with first class or priority.
I do include tracking with your order. You will receive a tracking number via email once I print your shipping label.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We love gifting and so do our customers, so we interchange our packaging depending on your item. Some designs (like necklaces) are lovingly packaged in a sheer dainty blue organza bag while other designs, such as bracelets, are packaged in a blue bracelet jewelry box. Under each products description will specified how we package that design.
