Please keep in mind the size of the wallet card. We are scanning your exact handwriting, so if it's very large or very small, we will have to resize and that could affect the readability of your card.

Please use a quality black pen and paper. Because it is scanned the laser will pick up any breaks in the ink and it will be engraved that way.

We do understand that you may be wanting the writing of a loved one from some time ago. Depending on the paper quality it may affect the quality of the engraving. If we run into any issues with the image we will be sure to contact you. This could delay the processing time of your order, but we want to be sure it's a quality piece you'll be happy with!
